Chairman / CEO of VGC Communications Ltd., and President of Globe International Holding SA, the parent Company. An Israeli Businessman and the brain behind the concept of Victoria Garden City Estate, who saw long before telecoms deregulation in Nigeria that there is a bright prospect for telecommunications and he established VGC Communications Ltd. in 1996 as a community telephone service provider to support his vision of the high brow Victoria Garden City, which remains today a model for an ideal residential neighborhood. He is indeed a Man of many parts, and by every standard is regarded as a very successful international businessman, considering the size of his business empire, in Nigeria and also in Europe, Middle East and United States of America.
 

Azi Ronkin | Director

A Chartered accountant, with fourteen (14) years experience in international accounting and financial services. An administrator per excellence and a member of several professional associations including the Israeli Association of Chartered Accountants. An astute team leader and a Director of several companies within the Globe International Holdings Group, he is responsible for the Group Accounts and Finance of all the holding companies of Globe International Holdings SA in Nigeria and the current Deputy Managing Director responsible for VGC Communications Limited.

Gbenga Adebayo | General Manager

An Electronic Engineer with over 16 years cognate experience in telecommunications engineering. He worked with Siemens AG, Germany for ten years. He won several national and international distinguished merit award of excellence and was employed by VGCCL as Technical Manager in March 2000. In October 2002, he was promoted as the first Nigerian General Manager. He is a member of several national and international professional associations; The International telecommunication Union (ITU) sub-committee, Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, an advisory council member of the International Biographic Centre, Cambridge, United Kingdom and a Member of German Society of Radio Engineers.

Lior Nizri | Financial Controller

A chartered accountant and seasoned administrator, a member of several professional associations including the Israeli Association of Chartered Accountants. He is well experienced in corporate account and finance for several multinational organizations, including Globe International Holdings as Group Financial Controller.

Omer Paamony Eshel | Sales and Marketing Manager

He has a strong background in Marketing, Sales Advertising and Public Relations. Omer is responsible for Group Sales and Marketing in our holding operations and he is assisting the Group Directorate on Special projects.
 

Gil Schuller – Satellite Department Manager

RF & Satellite Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications, VSAT systems and Satellite applications area, He joined VGC Communications Ltd., as Head Satellite Department since January 2005 and since then has devoted himself to the establishment and the development of the satellite department and its earth stations facilities. He is responsible for Planning, Designing and Constructing of Earth Stations HUBS in major company branches. Establishment of a full scale Satellite Service for International Calls, Internet, and Inter City connectivity and Operations all over Nigeria and abroad He is responsible for the Operations of a " ViaSat " - VSAT HUB and remote sites for vast number of customers, implementation of new operating and service procedures, Managing and Supervising of the technical and operational departments implementation of an upgrade program for Power Redundant Systems.

Srdjan Ivancevic – Exchange Manager

A Communications Engineers with many years experience in switching and transmission system. Vary familiar with Siemens Switching and Transmission equipment. He has had many successful years in project commissioning and system maintenance. He is responsible for Country wide operations of VGCCL switching and transmission systems.

Dotan Madar – Network Manager

A Telecommunications Engineers with experience in network planning design, implementation, distribution and maintenance. He is very versatile in fibre optic cable splicing and distribution and well as copper network external line plant network.

Olufunke Olumuyiwa (Ms). – Customer Service Manager

A graduate of secretarial administration with specialized training in Public Relations and Customer Care. She is responsible for direct interface with customers for feedback and service related issues.

Dimitry Dobrominsky – Network Manager Port Harcourt

A Telecommunications Engineers with experience in network planning design, implementation, distribution and maintenance. He is very versatile in fibre optic cable splicing and distribution and well as copper network external line plant network.

Sam Kilani – Sales and Marketing Manager – Port Harcourt

A graduate of Business Administration with specialization in sales marketing He is responsible for Branch Administration and Public Relations.

Avi Dadush – Branch Manager Abuja

A telecommunications engineer with several years of experience in switching and transmission networks. He is responsible for branch operations, engineering and management.
